Marketing Coordinator

The Hoosier Ticket Project is looking for someone who can align marketing activities and initiatives with the organization's vision and collaborate with others to bring them to life. The person in this role will lead projects and coordinate with other volunteers, including the director of engagement, graphic designer and development specialist.

The ideal candidate is:

Committed to the cause
Proficient at aligning marketing efforts with strategic vision
Able to manage projects to completion
Comfortable working with other volunteers to accomplish goals
A good communicator, especially when delegating tasks
A writer who can convert ideas and quotes into press releases and website posts
Able to develop creative marketing ideas individually and with others
Easy to reach via text and email

Experience with Google Workspace and Monday.com is helpful but not required.

Graphic Designer

The Hoosier Ticket Project is looking for someone who can turn a set of logos and a style guide into scroll-stopping social media graphics that catch the attention of IU fans.

The ideal candidate is:

Committed to the cause
Comfortable with quick turn-around times and fluctuating production schedule
Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, specifically Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
Interested in helping refine our digital asset management system
Interested in helping refine our digital asset request process
Easy to reach via text or email

Experience with Google Workspace and Monday.com is helpful but not required.

Website Manager

The Hoosier Ticket Project is looking for someone to assist with the day-to-day management of its website and contribute to its long-term web strategy.

The ideal candidate is:

Committed to the cause
Comfortable with or able to learn the Oxygen plug-in for Wordpress
Knowledgeable in Photoshop
Willing to work with other Wordpress plug-ins and third-party tools
Competent in other Adobe Creative Cloud applications
Willing to help design or refine a website request process
Easy to reach via text or email

Experience with Google Workspace, Monday.com, and Google Analytics is helpful but not required.

General Volunteers

The Hoosier Ticket Project is looking for people to help with various tasks and events, such as football games and fundraisers. This role has great flexibility in its time commitment, offering an opportunity to volunteer as much or as little as one wants.

The ideal candidate is:

Committed to the cause
Located in or near Bloomington
Easy to reach via text or email
